LT1011 is specially designed for inspection of high-precision, small surface undulations of sample parts. The line laser profiler scans the 3D surface topography of non-transparent objects and displays the dimensions, defects and other surfacefeature parameters.
The profiler has HDR function to test highly reflective objects; GigE Vision with GenICam Interface; Z-axis repeat accuracy up to 0.2μm; 3D profile scanning frequency up to 8kHz.
