The intelligent focus system (IFS) developed by Hefei I-tek adopts line laser-assisted active focusing technology. By collecting the laser signal reflected from the sample surface, it actively senses the distance from the objective lens to the focusing sample surface. According to the defocus state of the objective lens, it determines and outputs the control signal of the motion mechanism in real time to guide the objective lens to the focusing position, ensuring that the imaging system always captures high-contrast images.
