The "Large-Model-Based Vision Detection Platform" launched by Lingbang Intelligence aims to facilitate the use of large models for vision detection. Firstly, it is an integrated software and hardware device. Users only need to connect a camera and light source to quickly set up a complete vision system, while also supporting common functions such as triggering, motion control, and executing switches. Secondly, the platform can transmit data to the L2 layer, facilitating quick integration into customers' MES, QMS, and ERP systems.

This platform is not only suitable for the industrial field but also extends beyond quality inspection applications, widely applicable to all vision detection scenarios, making it the most powerful vision detection platform in terms of current generalization performance. In addition to its versatility, it also features few-shot learning, addressing the issue of traditional CNN small models requiring a large number of samples on-site. Due to the difficulty of sample collection in industrial settings, the platform's few-shot learning and high generalization capabilities become a significant advantage, establishing it as a fundamental large-model platform in the field of vision.

Our platform can be used as a standalone device at the L1 layer and supports data transmission to the L2 and L3 layers. The L1, L2, and L3 layers are designed based on the global standard ISA95: the L1 layer is the equipment layer, the L2 layer is the Scada layer (centralized control layer), enabling centralized management of multiple devices; the L3 layer is responsible for interfacing with customers' ERP, MES, QMS, and other systems, helping customers achieve fully closed-loop production management.

The application scenarios of the large-model-based vision detection platform mainly fall into three categories: industrial quality inspection, production process monitoring (also known as error detection), and environmental or safety monitoring.
