New! LR-LINK 4-port 5G PoE frame grabber, designed for 5G cameras
In recent years, the rapid development of industries such as photovoltaic lithium batteries, unmanned driving, semiconductors, and medical care has prompted industrial cameras to develop in the direction of high resolution, high precision, and high speed, and the demand for 5G high-speed image acquisition and transmission has also accelerated. As a professional network card solution provider, LR-LINK has been deeply involved in the field of machine vision for many years and has accumulated rich experience in data transmission.
In order to meet users' needs for 5G image acquisition and data transmission rate, LR-LINK has launched a new product-a four-port 5G PoE+ frame grabber (product model: LRES2055PT-POE). This new product is a high-performance frame grabber specially developed for 5G industrial cameras. It supports 16348-byte jumbo frame transmission. For industrial automation detection, semiconductor manufacturing, intelligent transportation, medical imaging and other application fields, it has the characteristics of reliable performance, high-speed transmission and long-term stable operation.
[Functionas]
* Comply with the 5G BASE-T standard, provide dedicated 5Gb/s Ethernet bandwidth for each network port, and can connect industrial cameras equipped with 5G BASE-T Ethernet ports.
* Supports 16348-byte jumbo frame transmission, meeting the needs of large-capacity image data acquisition and transmission, and solving the problem of frame loss.
* With standard industrial camera cables such as Cat6e, Cat6, and Cat5e, the data transmission distance can reach up to 100 meters, and supports full bandwidth transmission to meet the visual application requirements of longer cables.
* High-density port design can connect multiple 5GigE industrial cameras for stable operation and meet the needs of diverse application scenarios.
* Backward compatible with 2.5G, 1G, and 100M link rates, supporting traditional Ethernet devices.
[Application Cases]
Hidden cracks are fine cracks that appear in photovoltaic panels after packaging. Such cracks cannot be detected or found by the naked eye. And such hidden cracks will continue to expand under mechanical vibration, causing open circuit damage to the photovoltaic panel, reducing power generation efficiency and life. Therefore, detection and troubleshooting are required.
The crack detection of photovoltaic panels requires extremely high resolution, accuracy and speed of industrial cameras. The transmission rate and resolution of ordinary gigabit industrial cameras cannot meet the real-time detection requirements. High-resolution, high-precision and high-speed 5G industrial cameras are required.
When customers upgrade their production lines, they use 5G high-speed industrial cameras with Lianrui LRES2055PT-POE for detection. During the detection, multiple 5G high-speed industrial cameras collect multi-angle images of photovoltaic panels passing on the conveyor belt, record the linear cracks, tree-like cracks and fragments on the photovoltaic panels, and transmit them to the industrial control computer for image data processing.
It is worth mentioning that thanks to the 5Gb/s bandwidth and 16348-byte jumbo frame transmission of LRES2055PT-POE, high-precision and large-capacity image data can be stably transmitted to avoid adverse conditions such as frame loss and packet loss, greatly improving the detection efficiency and quality, and realizing production line upgrades.
Tips: The product has been launched in batches, and new and old customers are welcome to borrow it for testing
