Luo Xudong, the founder of GUANGZHOU NBL IMAGING SYSTEM LIMITED, graduated from Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology and has been engaged in the application and promotion of hyperspectral imaging and related technologies for many years.
In 2007, he participated in and completed the project" Research on Key Technologies of Spectral Imaging" which belongs to the National Science and Technology Support Plan of "the 11th Five-Year Plan ", and was initiated by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, resulting in the transformation of software for material evidence identification, imaging, and spectral image analysis.In 2010, he participated in the National 12th Five-Year Science and Technology Support Plan - Human individual identification and physical evidence traceability key technology research project "Physical evidence inspection and traceability key technology and equipment research and development"
In 2015, he participated in the sub-project of "Key Technologies for Case Scene Investigation and Target Correlation Analysis" of the National 13th Five-Year Plan's Key R&D Project--"Development Technology for Biological Evidence Multispectral Fusion Onsite Detection Equipment".
Simultaneously, he serves as a member of the Remote Sensing Detection Hyperspectral Imaging Professional Committee, a member of the China Criminal Science and Technology Association, and a member of the Biomedical Engineering Photonics Expert Committee, with multiple applied/authorized invention patents.
