The Phantom high-speed imaging system is also frequently used in biomedical microfluidic applications in therapeutic, testing and vaccines to counter the Novel Coronavirus threat.
New streaming camera products will debut in VisionChina2020
Last year at VisionChina, Ametek showed off our first products into the machine Vision industry, the Phantom S990, S210 and S200. This year, Ametek continues to work with Vision Research, Inc. The new S640 and S710 machine vision streaming media cameras were unveiled at the show. New products for machine vision applications for true high-speed imaging!
Phantom S200
The Phantom S990 combines the picture quality of the Phantom's top-of-the-line sensor, world-leading high-speed shooting technology, and raw data separation and transmission technology, providing users with a throughput of 9G pixels per second and up to 938 FPS at 9M pixels. Up to 16 channels of the CXP6 standard interface can be used to transfer data directly to the frame grabber of the PCI Express interface and is compatible with Gen-I-CAM.
Phantom S990
From electronic detection to flow cytometry to long time recording and analysis, the Phantom high-speed camera brings true high speed to machine vision applications.
Based on proven tailor-made CMOS sensors and the technology used in traditional Phantom high-speed cameras, the Phantom Machine Vision Streaming Camera offers unique features and advantages:
- Professional ultra-high speed image capture and transmission: Decades of high-speed imaging expertise ensure high quality high-speed performance.
- Built on the Phantom Platform: The Phantom High Speed Camera has excellent image quality and data management performance at incredibly high frame rates Metadata available: Every frame has important metadata in its header for accurate analysis.
- Signals for multiple situations: standard machine vision signals, plus time code input and output, with metadata headers.
- CXP6 protocol: All Phantom machine vision cameras use CXP6 and Genicam protocols for maximum flexibility in solution configuration.
One customer successfully used a Phantom S990 high-speed streaming camera to photograph and analyze chips placed on the motherboard. Not only does it allow technicians to analyze details of the chip that are invisible to the naked eye, but it also uses special software to process and analyze the results to determine the correct location.
Phantom's UHS, VEO, V, MIRO, MIRO C and Flex4K series provide ultra-fast imaging technology solutions for scientific research, industry, automotive, aerospace and film and entertainment industries. It presents a high resolution, high sensitivity and low noise picture quality, can observe and analyze the high-speed moving things in every detail. In recent years, Phantom brand specially launched ultra-high speed streaming media camera for the machine vision industry, which integrates its mature high-speed imaging technology into the machine vision industry and promotes the technological development of the machine vision industry.
