VisionChina2018 (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition successfully concluded

On March 16, 2018, the three-day China (Shanghai) International Machine Vision Exhibition and Industrial Application Seminar came to a successful conclusion in Shanghai New International Expo Center.

As the largest machine vision exhibition in Asia, VisionChina (Shanghai) attracts many well-known international manufacturers to participate in the exhibition every year. Among them are companies like Keens, Allied Vision, Basler, Cognex, Decent, FLIR Systems, Teledyne DALSA, DALSA, OPTO, Vieworks, Ling Cloud, Daheng Image, Sanbo Industrial, Micro Image, Hikang Robot, Huarui Technology, Weilang Photoelectric, Jiaheng Zhongzhi, Optic, Bi-Sonic Technology, Cangrui Optics, Huacui Optics, Fujian Haolan, Shanghai Ruisei, Hangzhou Huicui, Yuyao-Lishui, Shanghai Huilin, Shanghai Sight Valley, Vitex Machine Vision, Shenzhen Dushen and other leading enterprises in the industry.

VisionChina2018 (Shanghai) is larger in scale and exhibits are more diverse, focusing on machine vision core components such as cameras, software packages, lenses and light sources. The audience of the exhibition includes visual product users, visual parts manufacturers and scholars at home and abroad, who have come from all over the world to gather in Shanghai. The reporter saw at the exhibition site, exhibitors in order to let the audience more intuitive to see the performance of the product, each released a "big move", in addition to the traditional product display, on-site explanation, video demonstration, actual combat simulation and other methods emerge in an endless stream, attracting a large number of visitors to stop and onlookers.
The machine vision seminar held at the same time attracted more than 900 participants from all over the country. The participants included engineers and technicians from manufacturing enterprises, researchers and experts and scholars from universities. Professor Xu Gang from Ritsumeikan University was the first to deliver a speech on "Kyoto Robotics and Japan's 3D Robot Vision and Intelligent Robots". Professor Liu Yunhui from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Professor Wei Sui from Anhui University gave a warm speech in which the delegates raised questions and interacted with the speakers, contributing good suggestions for the innovation and application of machine vision industry.

This exhibition will be held in the same period with Optics Fair Munich, Electronics Fair Munich and Semicon Exhibition, among which the initial statistics of VISIONCHINA visitors reached 55,872 (including Optics Fair Munich), exceeding the previous one. VISIONCHINA (Shanghai) has become the largest machine vision exhibition in Asia.
