On July 5th, VisionChina (Shanghai) came to a successful conclusion. The three-day exhibition attracted 57,135 industry visitors, and the scene was full of people. Achu Technology presented its industrial AI testing platform software AIDI, which has been independently developed for three years. The platform is productized and versatile, with small sample training and positive sample modeling technology, and is good at solving small defects. Compared with traditional vision technology, it has stronger detection ability and migration ability, faster deployment time of verification integration, lower application threshold, modular and easy to operate, and has the characteristics of self-learning.
In this exhibition, AIDI made a magnificent appearance, and Achu Technology created offline experience for the first time. With on-site demonstration and explanation by engineers, visitors came in an endless stream.
In the machine vision industry alliance (CMVU) sponsored by the "2019 machine vision innovative products" selection, AIDI self-developed by Achu Technology stood out with excellent performance indicators and benchmarking landing cases, won the "2019 machine vision innovative products" the only special prize. At the award ceremony, Yao Wong, founder of Achu Technology, said: "It is a great honor to stand on this podium! Here, thank you very much for your recognition, especially to thank each of the struggling Achu partners behind. There are a lot of feelings at this moment. Four years ago, a group of young people, ignorant and fearless, wanted to build an AI version of Cognex, but they did not know that they chose a very difficult road. I didn't have any experience to refer to. In the first two years, I made a lot of mistakes. However, with an unyielding spirit and a strong belief in the value of AI for industrial vision, I kept going to factories, understanding the needs and polishing AIDI products. In 2020, the epidemic has had a significant impact on the manufacturing industry, and the decoupling of science and technology between China and the United States has made us see the lack of many basic software in the field of industrial automation. However, I see the mission of our generation of engineers, Achu will spare no effort to build the core technology of machine vision field together with the peers, to promote the development of machine vision industry."
In the machine vision technology and industrial application seminar held at the same time, Yao Wong, founder of Achu Technology, made a report entitled: Industrial vision detection -AI deep learning from optional to inevitable, causing resonance in the industry.
