The PLB vision system is used to guide the robot in the precise positioning of unordered parts inside a container or box.
  The system consists mainly of a 3D camera, software and other relevant accessories. The camera acquires accurate and reliable 3D images and is unaffected by artificial ambient light. The user-friendly software allows for quick and easy configuration and integration of new applications, and the software algorithm comes with part positioning, overlap detection and collision detection to ensure that the robot can safely and reliably pick up parts from the frame or container.
