The XY mechanical structure of the product with zero idle ensures precise positioning and long-term stability without the need for lubricating grease between the sliding blocks, which also helps reduce drift in time and temperature. There are independent locking screws on each straight line and rotation axis. While locking, not only can the fine tooth screws be tightened, but the entire mechanical structure can also be locked, thereby maintaining the stability of the optical path. The effect of loosening or locking any axis on the other axes is negligible.
The XY direction can provide lateral orthogonal adjustment, and the angle adjustment direction θ X θ Y can be adjusted with the optical element as the center.
