Recently, Zhongke Xingzhi released 3D line laser camera 20 vision series to provide more choices for industry users, which has been officially accepted for trial.
The 3D line laser camera AT-LL020 series is mainly used for 3D dimensional measurement and high-precision robot guidance and positioning, with a repeatability of less than 0.4 microns in the Z-axis.
Zhongke Xingzhi 3D line laser camera provides SDK interface and adopts Zhongke Xingzhi's self-developed 3D scanning software TripleLaser two application modes, users can choose the appropriate mode according to project requirements and development cycle. The TripleLaser scanning software enables 3D scanning and reconstruction of objects and also incorporates ROI, filtering and other functions to meet the user's needs for 3D data pre-processing.
The SDK and TripleLaser software supports multiple 3D cameras working simultaneously, allowing the user to add 3D cameras to the inspection system by selecting camera independent codes to call, enabling multiple 3D cameras, complex systems with other vision systems, automation equipment etc. to work together.
