Dr. Zhao Yan holds a Ph.D. in Physical Electronics from Beijing Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as the Assistant President of LUSTER LightTech Co., LTD., General Manager of the Electronics Manufacturing Business Unit, and Chief Technical Director of the Industrial Vision Business Unit. In 2013, he served as the technical leader for the Ministry of Science and Technology's major scientific instrumentation development project, "Development and Application of Micrometer-level High-speed Visual Quality Inspection Instrument."
