1.1 Equipment Overview

The online PL intelligent detection module is used for defect detection and sorting of solar cells on the production line. Relying on the "photoluminescence (PL)" technology platform, using optical principle, semiconductor photoluminescence principle, image processing technology and so on, it carries out infrared imaging to detect the internal defects of solar cells, To solve the quality, process detection and sorting problems of the battery chip production line, and provide defect data to assist process improvement and positioning. The obtained PL images can effectively display nearly 20 kinds of defects, such as hidden crack, black sheet and so on. Compared with other technologies in the market, the imaging is clearer, the software function is more perfect, the reliability is better, and the automatic detection and classification can be realized.
