Engineer Yang mainly introduced Eko's multi-point exposure time-sharing line scanning camera (PL8KCL-50KX). The biggest feature of this camera is that it can respond to up to four light sources at the same time and output four complete images at one time without changing the number of conventional detection items.
PL8KCL-50KX is a line scanning application specially used for high-speed industrial automatic detection. The camera integrates an international level global shutter CMOS image sensor (resolution 8320 × 16pixels, pixel size 5 μ m), large-scale field programmable logic gate array parallel processor, outputs data through high-speed industrial camera link bus (linear speed up to 50KHz), and has the characteristics of high speed, high sensitivity and low noise.
The main features of PL8KCL-50KX are:
1. Support simultaneous detection of 1-4 light sources, simplify the application system structure and greatly reduce the system cost;
2. TDI Technology (4lines / lamp) is adopted, which has good response and can ensure imaging quality at high line frequency;

Each image acquisition of pl8kcl-50kx adopts TDI technology, achieves the effect of double improvement of brightness and signal-to-noise ratio under the condition of constant pixel size, and the brightness of 2 / 3 / 4 lamp mode is consistent.
The second is the accuracy of nondestructive testing. Pl8kcl-50kx adopts unique TDI and time-sharing technology, and the vertical accuracy is consistent with the conventional line scanning scheme, which is the ability of single line stroboscopic.
Thirdly, the system is stable, time tested, convenient and fast. The camera and light source controller are finished products, which are widely used by customers in all walks of life. There is no need to redesign the circuit for signal processing, which is convenient and fast.
At present, PL8KCL-50KX time-sharing exposure camera is mainly used in glass defect detection, mobile phone cover detection, middle frame detection and other projects. The characteristic of these projects is that a lighting method can not detect all defects. It needs multiple tests under a variety of optical lighting schemes to complete the defect inspection.
